Kenn Wu, the visionary Founder and CEO of O2, charts the course for the future of the company. With an illustrious career spanning decades, Kenn Wu has not only been instrumental in producing but also in contributing to generating revenues exceeding millions for major record companies.

Beyond his creative acumen, Kenn Wu has honed his business and interpersonal skills, essential for steering O2's success. He maintains robust personal connections with numerous executives and key figures across the music industry. These invaluable affiliations and contacts strategically position O2, enabling seamless navigation within the industry's dynamic landscape.

Kenn Wu, a former A&R Head/Consultant for Sony Music China, has previously held significant roles, including Head of Music Publishing at Sun Entertainment Culture Ltd., A&R Director at Listen Music International, Beijing, and General Manager at New Asia Entertainment Ltd. His diverse experience underscores his proficiency and strategic insight within the music industry, shaping O2's trajectory towards unparalleled success.

He Kun - Head of Label, Artist Services

Graduated from Yeongnam University in South Korea, He Kun has been involved in artist management for more than 10 years, accumulating extensive industry experience, contacts and resources in the circle.

In 2012, he joined the artist management department of JYP Entertainment (China), one of the top three music agencies in South Korea, and managed JYP's artists Wonder Girls, 2PM, Miss A, GOT7, Wei Daxun and many other artists in Greater China. During his tenure, he actively explored and expanded the domestic market and introduced K-pop culture into China.

In 2017, he entered Jackson Wang’s studio and managing his career. In the same year, he founded and managed the TEAM WANG label. As the core creator of the team, he presides over studio affairs such as management, business, publicity, and A&R. Witnessing the growth of the studio from zero to its current legendary status.

He Kun now oversees artist management in OXYGEN Entertainment. He is committed to creating more possibilities for artists. With a professional, dedicated and efficient work attitude, he will push artists to a higher level!

Jet Chong - Label Exec/ Music Supervisor

Jet Chong is our partner based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, leading our SE Asian team. Jet's past life as an apprentice to a top Mixing Engineer shaped his keen sense of music and skills as a Music Supervisor. As an integral part of Oxygen’s team, he excels at connecting with our global partners for various media projects, coupled with his seamless blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and unwavering passion for music, render him an invaluable asset to Oxygen.

Artists he’s worked with include Ingrita, Jackson Yee, Lexie Liu, and Dylan Jaye.

Iris Judotter - A&R, Music Rights

Iris Judotter is a Singaporean singer, songwriter and producer based in Amsterdam who’s worked alongside Kenn Wu for more than a decade at the predecessor of O2 Entertainment. Since her first foray into the publishing industry, she’s developed a passion for keeping an eye out for budding musicians and constantly rooting for the underdog. 

She’s also worked with brands such as Sennheiser, Hewlett Packard, Nike,
Twitter and Google in conjunction with her music. 

Notable artists whom Iris has worked with include Ingrita, Roz Firth, Asha Edmund, Vanessa Fernandez, Lexie Liu and Jackson Yee.

Mia - Content Exec

Mia is a dynamic and talented video editor and content creator who brings a fresh and creative perspective to the company. Specializing in artist content, she has worked with prominent figures such as Ingrita, Reyi Liu, and Nono Chen. Mia's expertise in video editing and her keen eye for detail ensure that each project she undertakes is of the highest quality. Her innovative approach and dedication to her craft make her an invaluable asset to our team, continually enhancing the visual storytelling and online presence of the artists we represent.

Stella Zhang - Marketing Exec

Stella is a passionate music promoter and strategy planner for Oxygen artists.

Graduated from King’s College London, she has a broad vision of global media and entertainment industry landscape. Before joining Oxygen Entertainment, she worked at CAA China as an assistant of Brand Partnership Department. She executed different projects actively and has worked with various brand and talent clients, including DIOR, SHISEIDO, BOSE, as well as actress Zhang Ziyi, Liu Yifei and singer Henry Lau.

Giselle - Artist Exec

Giselle also known as Huiping Zhang, a graduate of the Communication University of China, has collaborated on various galas and programs with platforms such as CCTV, Beijing TV, Tencent, iQIYI, and Youku. Her notable projects include the "2024 China Online Audio-Visual Ceremony," the "11th & 12th Beijing International Film Festival," "Tencent Family New Year Fun," and "Star Electro-Music Alliance." She previously joined the content production department of Wajijiwa Entertainment, where she contributed to projects such as concerts and fan meetings for artists including INTO1, Hard Candy Girls 303, and Liu Yu.
